Alexander Fernández Franco

Administrative Director
Joined the company in 2010 as part of the administrative team to support the structuring and ISO 9001 certification process for Construcciones y Servicios SAS. This role allowed him to build a learning curve that quickly facilitated his transition to leadership functions within the company, actively contributing to the creation and consolidation of the internal Legal Department. His stability in the company has enabled him to gain an in-depth understanding of each process, strategic direction, and philosophy, as well as the values of the business group—elements that have positioned him to play an active role in addressing key challenges for the organizations within the business group. In his role as Legal Department Coordinator, he has been involved in all processes requiring legal support, including contractual matters and risk management. He has also provided legal structuring and support for various projects, both for the company and its clients. Since 2019, he has taken on the challenge of leading the Administrative Directorate of the Business Group, encompassing the Legal, Human Resources, and Occupational Health and Safety Management System areas. He is also a member of the Presidential Committee. Committed to continuous learning, he contributes to society through the company and as a university lecturer, drawing on his academic background as a Lawyer and Specialist in Commercial Law from the Universidad del Rosario in Bogotá and CES University. Additionally, he holds a degree in Education from the University of Antioquia and a specialization in Educational Management. He has participated in various diplomas focusing on Administration and Quality Management, providing integral knowledge to benefit all stakeholders in the growth and development of our business group.
