Founded in 1984 in Medellín, Colombia, as Construcciones y Servicios S.A.S, the company laid the foundation for the Group. In 1994, to strengthen and complement the services required to meet the market’s needs, DINPRO S.A.S. – DIRECCIÓN INTEGRAL DE PROYECTOS was established as a consultancy firm, further enhancing the comprehensive approach that defines us.

In 2005, during the Group’s international expansion, CYSDINPRO S.A. was legally constituted in Ecuador to address market demands in that country. By 2010, DINPRO INTERNATIONAL S.A.S. was established to focus on developing projects in industrial parks and free trade zones.

In 2014, completing our portfolio and staying true to our commitment to comprehensiveness, DPTEC S.A.S. Dinova – Distribution of Technological Products, joined our portfolio of commercial lines. This commercial branch offers integral solutions with products tailored to the construction industry and equipment for industrial, logistics, commercial, and institutional sectors.

In 2024 Dinpro established a Florida-based American subsidiary to extend its Colombia-based logistics, architecture and engineering services across North America. Tightly coupled US-Colombia project teams provide highly integrated services for industrial, health care and commercial projects throughout the Americas
